Yeah, this title is perfect and apposite. My life is finally different. I was always a tiny, skinny person without muscles. And believe me, I tryed everything. But you know, you start body building with big enthusiasm and in the end effort will run out. It's always like that, at least for me.
But back to the point of my article, I finally found a body building program that suits me. After 4 months I went from 154 lbs to 184 lbs and 17 of that was solid muscle! Now I can't still really believe what happend to me, but I have altered my physique drastically.
